This page describes what this website does with information, in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the Business Associate Agreements and practice policies that govern patient records.

Who we are
Elemental Dental Solutions provides managed IT services to dental practices. For privacy questions about this website, write to hello@elementaldental.solutions.
What this site collects
This site does not have contact forms, newsletters, accounts for visitors, or comment sections. It collects nothing through the page itself.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry. Do not include patient names, chart notes, radiographs, images, insurance details, or other protected health information. We do not need it to scope work, and email is not the right channel for it.
Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security, abuse prevention, and performance. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
Visitors to this site are not served analytics or advertising cookies. If a member of our team signs in to update the site, WordPress sets administrative session cookies for that sign-in. Those cookies are not used for tracking visitors.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare, which process technical request data as part of hosting and network security. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files, including the visitor’s IP address. We use these services to run and secure a small marketing site; none of them receives patient information from us.
External links on this site lead to other organizations’ websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Health information
This website is not a system of record and is not used to store patient information. If we work with your practice, records stay in your practice-management and imaging systems, and any access we have is governed by your agreements with us, including a Business Associate Agreement where required.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry thread. Write to hello@elementaldental.solutions and we will respond. We may keep a limited record where we are required to for business or legal reasons.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of the work, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Technical logs are retained by our hosting and network providers under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts using a new service that changes what is collected, this page will say so and the date above will change.
